Rainier Luxury Retreats was founded by Katie, a hospitality professional who believed property owners deserved better: better transparency, better economics, and better guest experiences.
After seeing how most management companies operated — vague quarterly statements, owners paying 100% of OTA fees, generic guest communications — she built a management company around the model she would want as an owner: per-booking statements, shared OTA costs, and occasion-personalized hospitality.
